Guizhou Daxing Weiye Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Daxing Weiye) was formerly known as Daxingpo Chicken Farm in Qingzhen City. Founded by Zhou Wei, a laid-off worker from the Grain Bureau Feed Factory of Qingzhen City, in August 1998, it was registered as a limited liability company in 2014. It adopts the “company + farmers” model to drive local farmers to increase income and become prosperous through breeding. Its products are sold in seven provinces and cities including Shanghai, Gansu, and Yunnan, and the company is developing the Hong Kong market. Daxing Weiye has successively won the titles of key livelihood guarantee enterprise for poultry meat (eggs) at the provincial level in Guizhou, vice president unit of Guizhou Poultry Industry Association, agricultural industrialization operation enterprise in Guiyang City, and Grade A integrity enterprise in Qingzhen City.
